I'm Masayoshi Iwata, an illustrator who spent years drifting from Chiba to Yamanashi, and is now back working in my hometown of Kyoto. This blog is updated twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, sharing riddles, world trivia, and more alongside comical illustrations. What I draw depends entirely on my mood at the time... but I always want it to be something everyone can enjoy together. So please, kick back and relax! (^-^) :-:+:-:+:-:+:-:+:-:+:-:-:+:-:+:-:+:-:+:-: Ho, ho, ho! We meet again. I am the world-renowned Professor Trivia! What's that? You say you're getting tired of me already?! Fool! Insolent whelp! This world you live in is brimming with mind-blowing trivia and fascinating facts waiting to be discovered! Today, I shall once again bestow upon you a choice tidbit of knowledge handpicked by yours truly! Ready? Hocus-pocus, trivia focus! ■ The Mystery of Pi ■ Do you remember what pi is? If a circle's diameter is 1 cm, its circumference is roughly 3.14... cm. This ratio remains the exact same whether the diameter grows massively huge or infinitesimally small! Today, I shall enlighten you with a bit of trivia about pi. First off, pi is famous for never ending and never repeating. Thanks to the advancement of "computators," it has now been calculated to 22,459,157,718,361 digits! And though unofficial, Akira Haraguchi of Japan successfully recited 100,000 digits from memory in 2006! Furthermore, starting at the 53,217,681,704th digit, you will find the sequence "01234567890"! Fascinating, is it not? Well, how about that? Has your mind expanded just a little? Feel free to boast about this to your friends, but don't you dare use it to hit on people at mixer parties, you rascals! Well then, it is time for me to be off on my travels once more. Adios! :
